Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh Midtown

The rooms are good Marriott value. We love this location, it is near the freeway, restaurants and grocery stores. We rarely have issues with outside noise. We love the courtyard facing rooms. The staff is ALWAYS accommodating and polite. They go out of their way to address any issues or requests.

Great hotel in great location with lots of restaurants around. They allow pets! Carpeting in room needs to be replaced and shower curtain was hung too high, but very friendly and helpful staff!

Great service, I was a bit nervous reading reviews that said they had a insect issue. I didn't see any bugs and I love the service we recieve while at this location. Beautiful room, nice bathroom, also great location, and easy access to interstate!!! Balcony door didnt work!!!

So I’m a Marriott member which I have been for a while. So I made my reservation through the app, which I was under the impression it did not charge my card (which it did not) & I could pay once I arrived at hotel. Well Upon arrival I was told because my card declined the price went out & basically that’s that. Coming all the way out of town and being a member, I expected some consideration Especially if I just stayed at another property the night before. So of course I had to take my business elsewhere where.

Its in a nice area..rooms are nice..but only one elevator in the whole place...gotta walk the whole floor just to get to the elevator.but overall I would stay here again

We were in a frustrating situation when a room we had booked in the area could not grant us access when we arrived (technical glitch). It was after 2am and we were trying to find a room for the night, but with major events happening in the area, most were completely booked. We arrived to the Marriott desperate for a room, and Saida took the time to accommodate us. They too, were booked to nearly full capacity, but she took the time to rearrange things and fit us in. She was kind and patient even at the late hour and helped turn around a difficult night. We appreciated her amazing service and wanted to be sure to post about her outstanding performance.

I really enjoyed my stay. The Marriott team was friendly and truly showed Southern hospitality. The gym was clean and well-equipped, and my room was quiet with great sound insulation, so I was able to rest well. They also have a great lobby/bar/restaurant area with a really nice atmosphere

A Simple, No-Frills Stay That Gets the Basics Right Courtyard Raleigh Midtown is a very straightforward hotel with no major highlights or standout amenities. The property feels simple and functional, without trying to be anything more than it is. The service is fine and efficient, but nothing that really stands out or adds a personal touch. Everything works as expected, which is perfectly acceptable for this category. Overall, it’s a no-pretensions hotel that delivers a clean, comfortable room and a decent night’s sleep. Good if you’re looking for something practical, but not a place you’d choose for the experience itself.
